1. How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate results, use a soft measuring tape and measure yourself over bare skin or unpadded underwear.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug and level.

Underbust (For Bras): Measure directly under your bust, where the bra band would naturally sit.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline (usually just above the belly button).
