. How long does it take to process my order before shipping?
Once your order is confirmed, our team at our warehouse in Poland carefully begins preparing and packaging it. Order processing and preparation typically take between 1 to 5 business days, ensuring the highest standards of quality and secure packaging.
Where do ShePrive products ship from?
All our products are shipped directly from our advanced logistics facilities in Poland (European Union) to ensure high quality and swift delivery to the United States.
Will I have to pay customs duties when receiving my order in the US?
In most cases, no. Our shipments benefit from the U.S. customs exemption law (Section 321), which allows shipments valued under $800 USD to enter without any customs duties or import taxes. We carefully structure our shipments to comply with this exemption. In the highly rare event that any additional fees are imposed by U.S. Customs, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How many days does shipping take to reach the United States?
After processing is complete and the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery from Poland to your address in the US takes 4 to 7 business days. (Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time).
Can I change my shipping address or modify my order after payment?
We work to process orders very quickly. If you need to make an adjustment or cancellation, please contact us via support@sheprive.com within a maximum of 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order transitions to “Processing” or “Shipped,” we are unable to make any changes.
Returns, Exchanges, and Sizing
Due to the intimate nature of our products (underwear and lingerie), and in strict adherence to the highest health and hygiene standards, all sales are final. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges under any circumstances once a product has been shipped. This policy guarantees that you will always receive brand-new garments that have never been tried on or worn by anyone else.
